About Our Restaurant
Smoke BBQ is inspired by those roadside shacks and eateries scattered across the Southeast and Texas. Our commitment to meat quality is at the heart of what we do. We believe that responsibly raised beef, pork, and chickens greatly enhance our finished product. This is why we choose to use USDA Prime brisket, Duroc pigs, and chickens without hormones or antibiotics.
All of our meats are smoked fresh daily. Because of this, we may sell out of one or several items each day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but our desire to serve the very best product possible may result in this inevitability.
Everyone enjoys BBQ differently. Our meats will be served dry, allowing our guests to utilize sauce if they wish.
